Dock2Dock swim

I am doing a 5k swim in London’s Royal Docks. I've never done a pure swimming event and this is more than double my previous swim distance so it's a big step up! I've been stung by jellyfish three times in training, including once by a Lion's Mane, so I am pleased that the event itself is in freshwater. I will have to drag a tow float and contend with hundreds of other swimmers flailing around alongside me. My expected finish time is around 2 hours.
