Welcome! Soon after my arrival into the Gambia, I contracted the disease I was supposed to be fighting through my research - malaria. While I was fortunate enough to receive the best medical care, most people do not have that luxury.
Research takes time to develop new ways to control, prevent, and treat malaria. However, right now we know that nets can give immediate protection. Please help me    more >>
