Between 2009-2012 I cycled solo and unsupported from England-Cape Town. As Malaria kills more people in Africa than any other disease I decided to use the journey to raise funds to purchase mosquito nets. Insecticide treated mosquito nets, as used by the Against Malaria Foundation, are the cheapest and most effective way of preventing the disease. 100% of the money donated here has been spent on bednets, and a donation of just £3 guarantees that someone receives a net.    more >>

We are liaising closely with Peter to try and coincide his route through Africa and a bednet distribution so he can help distribute the very nets funded here.
