AMF has two full time staff who have both worked at AMF since its inception. Many individuals assist AMF in significant ways pro bono. Sustainable pro bono and volunteer support is an important element of AMF's model of operation. No pro bono supporter of AMF has stepped aside in the seven years since it started.
