The Three Peaks Yacht Race is one of the oldest extreme multi-sport endurance races in the world. The highest peaks in Wales, England and Scotland are climbed without using motorised transport. Starting in Barmouth it involves sailing & rowing 389 miles through some of the most treacherous waters in the UK, cycling 30 miles and running 73 miles including 13,000' of climbing.
