Pre-swim:

I swam the 10 laps.
I contributed the cash raised on behalf of other swimmers, Schellenberg of Tanzania and William Walker of Australia.
In addition, inspired by the swim, various Rotarians contributed money to The Rotary Foundation to 'sponsor' malaria work done by our Rotary District 6490, which has undertaken more malaria work as a result. These funds have been matched $1 for $1, so each $1 turned into $2 for malaria. more >>
