We are a small group of ordinary folk who have been pressing the Canadian government to boost malaria funding for four or five years now. In 2005, we had some success - Ottawa announced $20 million for bednets for several African countries, distributed through the international Red Cross.

That was then. We are now pushing for more for 2006....
