One Seattle Swimmer Against Malaria

I am a crazed, 55-year-old woman who wants to combat malaria. On World Swim Against Malaria Day (June 25, 2010) I will swim the length of the I-90 Bridge, across Lake Washington. It's about 1.5 miles. I will swim without a wetsuit.

I am proud to be swimming on the same day as Michael Phelps as well as thousands of "regular people" around the world to combat malaria.
