Pre-swim:

We are going to swim on 4 different days to coincide with school swimming lessons. We should complete our swim by 3rd December.

Each school child (aged 7-11) will have their own challenge. Some of the children are proficient swimmers and quite capable of great things, others are less able, but will be given goals to swim using aids.
