Pre-swim:

The aim of this swim is to achieve a distance of at least 20km total by 10-20 participants drawn from members of the Rotary Club of Wearside and/or members of Sunderland Masters Swimming Club together with any interested friends. (John Shield, the organiser, is a member of both!) The swim will mainly take place at Newcastle Road Baths, Sunderland on Sunday afternoon, 4th December, but individuals can swim at anytime, anywhere during the period 2nd to 5th December. more >>
