The Against Malaria Foundation is an NGO with large room for funding and has demonstrated its effectiveness through randomized controlled trials. Malaria kills up to 700,000 annually and infects over 200 million. Even when it's not fatal, it's debilitating. I've witnessed its effects first hand in my cousin when I visited Bangladesh one break. He was bed-ridden with a high fever, pain and vomiting. more >>
