Giving Up What We Can: AMF Fundraiser

Location Glasgow, Scotland

This November Giving What We Can: Glasgow will be fundraising for The Against Malaria Foundation, which tackles malaria by providing long lasting insecticidal nets. Malaria kills 500,000 people per year, and another 400,000 fall ill.

Several of us at Giving What We can will be participating in the fundraiser to spread awareness of the cause and donate to an effective charity.

The fundraiser consists in giving up something we usually spend some money on but we don't really need, such as having coffee or food out, alcohol, chocolate, etc. more >>
