Youth AMF is a nationwide, student-led campaign that empowers young people to support the Against Malaria Foundation (AMF) Korea in its mission to prevent malaria worldwide. By establishing Youth AMF chapters in schools across Korea, students work together to raise awareness and funds to combat malaria - a preventable disease that continues to devastate millions, particularly mothers and children, in countries like Malawi, Congo, and South Sudan.
From school fundraisers to partnerships with local events, Youth AMF chapters make a tangible difference in the fight against malaria while inspiring students to develop a sense of global responsibility and solidarity.
The first Youth AMF chapter was founded at North London Collegiate School Jeju by Ahyoung (Bella) Kim, who continues to lead efforts to grow the movement across Korea and beyond. By joining or starting a Youth AMF chapter at your school, you can contribute directly to saving lives and building a more compassionate world.
To find out how to get involved or to start a chapter at your school, follow @youth_amf on Instagram or reach out to Ahyoung (Bella) Kim at aykim27@pupils.nlcsjeju.kr. Together, we can make a difference - your actions today could mean a future for someone tomorrow.
