I'm a Master's swim coach at Chelsea Piers, the McBurney YMCA and Team New York and I got roped into this by Margie Pedder, a most outstanding swimmer and pain in the butt:-)

Actually, this cause is very near and dear to me because my wife Virginie is a mosquito magnet. While it provides excellent protection for me, I'm afraid that one of these days she'll get a malarial bite and then who will be around to help change the kids' diapers? :-)

Seriously though, it's a good cause and it's not that often that I get in the pool. more >>
