Hi everybody,
Malaria remains a major contributor to morbidity and mortality in much of the world, with an estimated 500 million infections per year resulting in 1-3 million deaths (mostly in children under 5). Currently, there are no effective vaccines to combat this scourge, and drug resistance is increasing. One proven means to decrease this threat is the use of bed nets which decrease the chance of being infected by a malaria caring mosquito. more >>
