After years of growing bigger I suddenly realised that I should have stopped growing at about 18 years old. I therefore decided to try and put things into reverse. What incentive apart from a new wardrobe did I need ? Having visited Central River division in The Gambia in the last few years it was easy and here we are slimming for mosquito nets.
