Pre-swim:

We had lots of folks there at 7 AM ready to go. And some of our swimmers put in 8000 yards in 2 hours! The rest of us didn't get quite that far, but we put in the yards and enjoyed knowing that we were swimming with so many other folks around the world for such a good cause. http://www.michiganmasters.com/ann_arbor_lsg.htm
