ESCA swims for Malaria

Post-swim update:

We started to divide the groups in 4, everyone with their own age group. One group started to swim for 15mins with adults counting the laps. The rest of the swimmers either went to one of the adults who told them about stretching and what was good and not, the coach had them do some concentrating skills and I told them some interesting facts about malaria and world swim for malaria.    more >>
