Pre-swim:

Hot as hell here, we will be swimming in the cool of the morning, otherwise you come out hot and scorched. We will use the Uni of Queensland olympic pool. We will meet at the pool on the way to work, 7-8 AM. We will swim 1 - 2 km each simultaneously.
