30本の方には参加者20人、40本の方には参加者7人でした。

私たちは、マスターズ大会を目指してどうやったら1秒・0.何秒速くなるかと毎日切磋琢磨しています（時には酸欠になりながら）。毎年行っている泳ぎ納めをワールドスイムフォーマラリアの名の下に大々的に行いたいと、今年初の試みです。種目は各自自由ですが、メニューは決まっていて50M×50本をサイクル付きで頑張る次第でございます。全員が完泳できるよう頑張ります。 http://www.nagaden-fxa.net/suzaka
