Hello! Im Helen, Im going to try to swim as far as I can in one hour, someone has suggested 500m (although someone else said a mile which isnt gonna happen! :p) The reason I'm doing this is to raise money to buy mosquito nets to help prevent the spread of malaria in Africa. Please help, even if you only donate 50p, because its a very worthy cause and i left it really late to get sponsers! thanks :D
