13年前より血糖値コントロールのため、泳いでいます。息子がこのプログラムに参加していることを知り、僕も・・・。月平均50ｷﾛ泳いでいます。来月の誕生日までに合計8,000ｷﾛという計算になります。今後4年以内に総合計10,000ｷﾛを目指します。
I've swum totally approximately 7,980km during past 13 years, for my blood sugar control. I will complete 8,000km till my birthday, 07/07/2008. My nearly target is 10,000km during next 4 years. It's wonderful that saving lives of children from Malaria encourages my healthy life.
