In August 2009 I began a solo and unsupported expedition, by bicycle, from the UK-CapeTown. As Malaria kills more people in Africa than any other disease, I'm raising money along the way to fund mosquito nets. This is the cheapest and most effective way of preventing the disease. 100% of the money raised will go on mosquito nets and a donation of just £3 guarantees that someone receives a net. My target is to raise 1 bed-net for every kilometre cycled, of which I estimate there to be about 25,000.
Please help to keep me motivated on the road by pledging a donation to this worthwhile cause. Better still, why not create your own fund-raising activity and link it to the Big Africa Cycle.

We are liaising closely with Peter to try and coincide his route through Africa and a bednet distribution so he can help distribute the very nets funded here.
