Every Wednesday I take a small pill called Larium that gives me vivid dreams and keeps me from getting Malaria. I love it. However, that pill is courtesy of my American medical plan, and does nothing for the millions of West Africans who succumb to Malaria every time an Anopheles mosquito decides to bite.
