The village of Sumbe in Cameroon is badly affected by malaria.

The distribution of the 240 nets will lead to a blanket covering of all sleeping spaces and is expecetd to lead to a dramatic fall in the incidence of malaria.

Background: Co-workers of a former village member, now living in the USA, have raised funds so all in the village can be protected at night. All of the funds they have raised have been ringfenced and used entirely to fund nets for the village. This allows the efforts of those in the USA to be targeted directly at the village they care about.
