Rosie's idea: An early morning swim
Vincent's idea: Swimming non-stop for one hour

The result: A joint 5 km swim to raise funds to help fight malaria.

The single most effective way of preventing malaria is to have people in affected regions sleep under a mosquito net and 100% of the sponsorship money donated will be spent on bednets.    more >>
