On Saturday December 3rd, the Chelsea Piers Master Swim Team pledged our support in the fight against Malaria by swimming non-stop relays for an hour after our regular swim workout. After realizing that so few of us signed up for sponsors, I decided to put a little more effort into it by sending out "sponsor me" requests after the fact. Even though the swim is over, if you can contribute anything to the cause, it will help provide the netting for those in danger of getting Malaria due to mosquito bites.    more >>
