Post-swim update:

We swam the Channel! 30 miles. 14 hardy souls braved a freezing 6:30 AM (indoor) practice. (But truth be known, the breakfast afterwards was what we all REALLY crawled out of bed for.) Another 4 team-mates were with us in spirit, unable to make it this day, but doing their "malaria swim" at another practice.
