Pre-swim:

Some of us are at the Women's Institute! I first heard about the World Swim from our monthly County News, and felt inspired because many years ago in Africa I caught malaria, so can relate to its impact.

At our local pool, the afternoon children's swimming class is going to join in and the rest of us are friends from a yoga class, so we should be fit! We are going to swim as many lengths as we can in one hour.
