Post-swim update:

Our local pool - Galston Aquatic Centre, advertised the swim for us and gave all swimmers in the WSFM free entry for our swim.
We downloaded your great posters and pasted them everywhere.
Seven people did aerobic swims ranging from 400 metres to 1500 metres. Some swam twice. members of the public swam and contributed and pool staff donated money also.
We borrowed a mosquito (World's smallest weapon of mass destruction) net from a friend and asked people to throw a "note in the net" but we also accepted coins. more >>
