Excellent sprinting by all.

Pre-swim:

As the Chief Exec of Scottish Swimming, no reason for me not to swim too, of course...

I am delighted to be arranging a group of 10 friends to come together, cash donations in hand, to race in teams of 5 for 1 hour.

We'll swim in a 50m pool at the National Swimming Academy in Scotland, lane provided gratis by Stirling University. Once the first swimmer hits 25m, the next swimmer dives in, etc.    more >>
