I'll be ditching my running gear, and donning my swimming stuff instead, to join a group of my friends to swim in relay sprints for a hour - please sponsor me to raise money for the World Swim For Malaria Foundation - a little effort from us can go a long way to saving lives - and I'll be doing the 'hard work' in the pool!
