Manchester University Swimming and Water Polo Club are planning to raise money by challenging their swimmers to accumulatively swim the distance between the Christie Cup Universities.

The Christie Cup is the second oldest University competition behind that of the Oxford-Cambridge Varsity events. It involves Leeds University, Liverpool University and Manchester University.

As it is an important part of our sporting calendar we thought that we would challenge ourselves to swim a journey that we normally travel in a minibus.    more >>
