Malaria is a killer in Nigeria. I know several people who have lost loved ones to this disease and many more who have suffered with it. Malaria can be prevented and treated with the right knowledge and resources.

Although I swim laps 4 times a week, this time it will be a challenge. It is the day after the Caledonian Ball which usually lasts until stupid o'clock.

Please help us save lives.
