私のスイミングで12月4日（日）年末恒例の「大人の水中運動会」を開催いたします。
基本的には競泳的なイベントですが、水中綱引きや宝探し、着せ替えリレーなど高校生から80代のベテランスイマーまで楽しい時間をすごします。
健康で楽しいスイミングライフを過ごせることに感謝し、アトラクションの中で「チャリテイスイムマラソン”CHALLENGE 1000m”」を実施しようと計画しています。
私の敬愛するスイマー「井本直歩子」さんの呼びかけに賛同して企画しました。 http://www.jss-group.co.jp/
