Pre-swim:

We're not necessarily an office full of super fit keen swimmers!! Nevertheless, we're certainly going to try our best.

We haven't yet fixed ourselves a pool here in Swansea but we are going to borrow some lanes of a local 25m pool for a few hours and we'll fix a target length at our next department meeting.

One of the managers has already committed to do 2,000 meters! Between us I'm hoping we might manage at least 10 km. more >>
