Post-swim update:

It was snowy and cold outside in Toledo, Ohio, near the Great Lakes on December 3rd but inside the pool it was warm. Around 15 of us took to the water and swam about a mile each. We were a group of parishioners from Trinity Episcopal Church in downtown Toledo plus some friends and we found it a healthy and enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours (I slept for an hour and a half afterwards!).    more >>
