Pre-swim:

It was a beautiful morning here in Düsseldorf on 12.3, so I decided to go to theRheinbad by bike together with my son and his friend Richard: he actually was still sleeping at 8.10 and we had to be swimming already at 8.30, so we had a delay plus my son stopped on his way, because he smashed in a mud mountain...arrived at the swimming pool, we were not allowed to enter as a group because they wanted me to become instantly a German trainer, which I did not manage, although Italians are very flexible. more >>
