Post-swim update:

On a rather chilly morning on Sunday 27th Nov our team from GSK (Sandrine, Ryan, Duncan, Nikki and her twin sister Fiona) met at Windsor Leisure Centre to embark on our challenge of swimming 2 miles each (120 lengths)! Luckily we had plenty of Lucozade Sport to fuel us along and we managed our challenge in just 1.5hrs leaving plently of time to have some fun on the water tubes (Duncan making another record of coming down at 30mph!) Star swimmer of the day was Ryan who made the 200 lengths he completed look very easy. more >>
