Post-swim update:

On this occasion, we wanted to get away from the sponsored swim format, since many of our members, although not quite 'over the hill', are struggling a little to reach the top! They were invited to come for a little 'light exercise', which turned out to be a strenuous session of aquarobics, for which donations were made. I think they all enjoyed it.
