Team Salad Dodger

Post-swim update:

Well the relentless training paid off. Team Salad Dodger reported to the Rainbow Leisure Centre in Epsom on 29 Jan at 8.00am. Outside air temp minus 3C, water conditions in the pool "choppy", water temp in the showers - freezing!

With the exception of the fashion conscious amongst us (please see photo's) we donned swim hats to improve streamlining and in less than 45 minutes mission accomplished!

During the swim - Chris pulled to the left, George pulled a hamstring and Wil pulled a lady in a bikini! Some things never change!
