Charlie to mermaid transformation

I'm Charlie. I'm a journalist and I love water for both fitness and fun. However, I've forgotten how to swim properly! I am embarking on a 'mermaid transformation programme' to remember how to breathe and swim all at the same time!
So I'm going to the local masters swimming class, where the instructor is relentlessly helping my fitness and I'm taking tips from good swimmers I meet to improve my stroke. more >>
