In January 2009, I will face the biggest physical challenge of my life to date - trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro. I am really excited but scared at the same time: have I done enough training, will I succumb to altitude sickness, am I going to freeze at the top and how will I cope with mountains 'loos', not having a shower and nobody else having a shower??
But this is not just about me. With 19 other girls, I will be raising money for this very worthwhile cause, to buy nets to protect Tanzanian families from malaria.    more >>
