Hello! We are a group of Peace Corps volunteers in the Walo-Walo, a region in Northwestern Senegal, seeking funding for a mosquito net distribution to benefit seven villages in the Djoudj Park area. The Djoudj Park, located on the Senegal River is one of the first permanent water sources for birds migrating south from Europe during the winter months. The villagers, who struggle to fish and cultivate for subsistence, live in a very wet, marshy area that is prone to malaria.
