AHS Secretary running 15K for Non-Prophet Week

Hello all :) I'm Ruth Haydock, the AHS Secretary and I am going to be running a 15K to raise money for AMF as part of our national charity week called Non-Prophet Week.

I only started running in April and back then I couldn't even run for a minute solid without feeling like my lungs were going to explode. Now I can run for an hour (roughly 9/10K) at a very slow pace! The longest distance I have ran to date is a 10K and that was gruelling.    more >>
