Rob and Rich Run the Cardiff Half Marathon!

With very little training, preparation, or thought, Rob somehow convinced Rich that it would be a good idea to run the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 2nd...

We have decided to use this opportunity to raise money for the Against Malaria Foundation (AMF).

This charity works to prevent the spread of malaria by distributing long-lasting, insecticide-treated mosquito nets to susceptible populations in developing countries.    more >>
