Charlie’s Web

Charlie. Our friend. A young golden orb weaver spider. Taken from us too young. She came into our lives in late October. Hungry and weak, she found refuge above a bedroom window. With how pale and famished she was, we were sad but not unexpected when she disappeared the following morning. When she returned from her presumed death the next day we were even more elated than surprised.

She quickly gained strength as we fed her a steady supply of small bugs.    more >>
