Derek's half Ironman for AMF

Hi everyone,

I am very excited to share that I will be participating in an Ironman 70.3 event later this year.

Taking place on December 4 at Indian Wells, California, this will comprise a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile cycle, and finishes with a 13.1-mile run.

I’d love to mark the occasion by raising some funds for our chosen charity this year, Against Malaria Foundation (AMF) and would be grateful for any support you can give for this very worthwhile cause. more >>
