I am an out-of-shape former college swimmer who, nevertheless, loves the water and loves to help people. When I learned about the World Swim for Malaria I wanted to participate but wasn't sure how. Then it came to me: organize a swim at Solano College, where I work. Thanks to everyone who has been supportive of this effort. Whether you sponsor me, another Solano College swimmer, or someone involved in another swim, the end result will be the same -- help for people who truly need it.
