I seem to have volunteered myself for a 1 hour team swimming sprint...and its happening in a week and a half. This could prove interesting as I can't remember the last time I went swimming, am still trying to hunt down a swimming costume (I'm sure I must have had one at some point) and, oh yes, I haven't actually done any exercise for the last 9 months!

HOWEVER, undeterred, I have resolved to dive in at the deep end (ahem) in an attempt to raise some valuable pennies to help combat Malaria.    more >>
